1. Master Teacher Program:

This program was inspired by the fact that the English Field District Superintendents were particularly interested in discipleship training for their constituents. They had already adopted the Each One Win One strategy for evangelism, and the DS of the Leeward Virgin Islands, Dr. Ken Sharpe, invited us to begin a new effort to increase the effectiveness of Sunday School. 8 representatives of the four northern Caribbean Districts arrived in Antigua for an intensive training event, and then they delivered the material to a Sunday School Rally put on by Dr. Sharpe and the wonderful hospitality of the St. Johnston's Church. The intent of the program was for the representatives to return to their Districts and deliver the material in their home churches as well. Both Bahamas and Jamaica are involved in planning these sessions even now.
